All transactions on Casamori Shop are processed through Shopify’s secure payment gateway, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption (256-bit) to protect your financial information. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

3. Order Confirmation & Charges

Your payment is charged at the time your order is placed and confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase. If your payment is declined, please check your card details or contact your bank. You are welcome to retry with a different payment method.

4. Limited Stock & Payment Priority

Because our products are sourced from trusted third-party suppliers in limited quantities per item, stock is reserved only upon successful payment completion. We recommend completing your checkout promptly to secure your items, as popular products may sell out quickly.

5. Pricing & Taxes

All product prices are displayed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Depending on your shipping destination, local taxes or import duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee shown at checkout.

6. Refunds & Disputes

If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we approve the return.
